Stand-alone
Access Control
TAG-IN-A-BAG
Stand-alone proximity
access control system
DESCRIPTION
TAG-IN-A-BAG™ is the
ideal stand-alone proximity system for commercial, industrial and
residential applications. This stand-alone system can be used at a single
door. There is no need for a computer or programming.
This
unit comes with a programming card that you actually use to initiate
programming. Then, present your tags to the reader and they are programmed
automatically. You can then delete them in the same manner.
We
furnish an electric strike and a plug in power supply. Save on expensive
lock re-keying and maintain your own system. And there is no virtually no
wiring involved. Save on installation as well.
The
system, which is based on advanced RFID technology, contains a built-in
high-power relay. There's no need for an external reader or a computer to
complicate wiring or setup. Up to 250 unique tags and their individual
access codes can be added or deleted directly at the keypad.
Unit
comes with keypad that is actually a proximity reader and 10 tags. You can
have your personnel use both the keypad and proximity reader for added
security , or use just the proximity reader. Also for added security, you
can position this unit indoors and purchase an RDR1B (see RDR1 following
these specifications.)

RDR-1
External proximity
reader for TAG-IN-A-BAG
APPLICATIONS
For use with TAG-IN-A-BAG™
access control systems
FEATURES
* Designed for external use
with TAG-IN-A-BAG™
* For indoor or outdoor use
* Allows controlled access in and out of secured area
DESCRIPTION
RDR-1 is an external
proximity reader, compatible with the TAG-IN-A-BAG™ (TIAB) single door
access control system. TIAB has an internal proximity tag reader. For
installations in which an additional reader is required, the external reader
RDR-1 can be used. The external reader is connected to the TIAB control unit
by four color-coded wires.
It is recommended to install RDR-1 on a wall outside the protected area, and
the TIAB control unit inside the protected area.

Compliance with standards: Complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and
RSS-210 of Industry and Science Canada. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful
interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Tags
Proximity tags
APPLICATIONS
For use with stand alone
proximity systems
DESCRIPTION
The proximity tags are
totally sealed and do not require any maintenance. The tags are powered from
the RF signal transmitted from the proximity reader. To open a door, the
user simply holds the tag in front of the wall-mounted proximity reader. A
single tag can be conveniently programmed to open any combination of doors
on the system. Because each tag is unique, it cannot be duplicated. If a tag
is lost or stolen, it can easily be deleted from the system.
