Code-Compliant Basement Egress Window Installation in Rockford, IL

Basement living spaces, finished bedrooms, and lower-level offices require a legal, reliable means of emergency exit in the event of a fire or structural crisis. Installing an emergency basement egress window not only ensures life-safety compliance with local IRC (International Residential Code) building codes, but it also provides crucial emergency access for first responders while filling lower-level rooms with natural daylight.

M. Spinello & Son delivers complete, turnkey egress window installation solutions. From structural wall cutting and concrete well placement to heavy-duty security locks, window wells, and weather-sealed frames, our technicians manage every phase of the project. Because our team handles both the physical window opening and integrated home security hardware, you receive single-source accountability and total peace of mind.
