Spinello & Son, starting on the shop floor where he cut keys and mastered the intricate mechanics of pin-tumbler locks. He spent five years in intensive trade training, followed by 15 years in the field as a mobile service technician—solving complex lock, door, safe, and physical security challenges directly on customer sites throughout the region.
When emerging technologies began reshaping the industry, Jimi pioneered the electronic security division at M. Spinello & Son. Responding to early client requests for card access and video surveillance, Jimi personally researched, quoted, and won the company's first electronic security contracts. To ensure flawless execution, he spent weekends wiring, bench-testing, and programming the new equipment himself.
